The Aquatic Sculpt Dumbbells – Waterform are aquatic dumbbells developed for pool-based classes and functional training sessions. Versatile and easy to use, they help diversify exercises, improve muscle toning and work different areas of the body smoothly, in a controlled way and with low joint impact.

Thanks to their two different surfaces, they allow the resistance level to be adjusted according to the training goals and the users’ fitness level. They can also be filled with water to reduce resistance, making them suitable both for lighter training sessions and for rehabilitation programmes.

Ideal for suspension exercises, abdominal work, glutes, thighs, muscular endurance and targeted upper-body movements.
