The Aquatic Power & Sculpt Shin Guards – Waterform were developed to intensify lower-limb muscle work in an aquatic environment. Suitable for pool-based classes and functional training sessions, they offer resistance in forward, backward and sideways movements, helping to work the legs, glutes, abdominals and body stability effectively, safely and with low joint impact.

Their design with three-dimensional fins increases water resistance across different planes of movement, making each exercise more complete and controlled. Despite the intensity they provide, they are lightweight and comfortable, with EVA foam protection around the shin and calf, and an adjustment system with nylon straps and hook-and-loop fastening for greater safety and stability during training.

They were developed for professional use, withstanding the demands of aqua aerobics, aquafitness and aquatic functional training classes.
